  • Product delivery is carried out within Romania at a fixed cost of 20 lei.

  • Products will be delivered within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

  • For orders placed outside Romania, delivery terms and costs will be communicated separately.

4. Return policy

  • Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, according to current legislation.

  • The return is free of charge, and the product must be in its original packaging, sealed and undamaged.
