For your convenience, we have established a fixed shipping fee of only 20 lei, valid for any order, regardless of location or package weight. This single rate applies throughout Romania.

RETURN POLICY
At LemonBottle, our priority is customer satisfaction. To give you the best possible shopping experience, we offer FREE returns on all our products.
Return conditions: • Return period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order • Return cost: FREE - fully borne by LemonBottle • Product condition: must be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged • Required documents: include the original invoice and the return form (you can download it from the website)
Steps for processing the return:
Contact us by email or phone to announce your intention to return.
You will receive instructions and a free AWB for returning the products.
Pack the product in the original packaging along with all documents
Hand over the package to the courier using the AWB received
After receiving and checking the products, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
