RETURN POLICY
Dear LemonBottle customers,
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return products purchased from www.lemon-bottle.ro , without the need to justify the return decision. Returned products must be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged, accompanied by all documents received upon delivery (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). Return costs will be borne by the customer. After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the refund of the amount within a maximum of 14 working days, through the same payment method used for purchase. For cosmetic and professional products, returns are accepted only if the seal has not been broken, for reasons of hygiene and safety.
PAYMENT OF REIMBURSEMENT
At LemonBottle, we offer you the possibility to pay for the products upon delivery, directly to the courier. Cash on delivery is available for all orders in Romania and can only be made in cash. The cash on delivery fee is included in the shipping cost displayed when placing the order. Upon receipt of the package, you will have the opportunity to check its integrity in the presence of the courier, before making the payment. The payment amount will include the value of the ordered products plus the shipping cost, as communicated at the time of placing the order. For your safety, the courier will issue a receipt certifying the payment.

The prices displayed include VAT and are expressed in Lei (RON). Orders are processed in the order they are received, within the limit of available stock. Delivery is made by express courier services on the territory of Romania, and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. For professional products, these are intended exclusively for specialists in the aesthetic field (beauticians, dermatologists, doctors) who hold the necessary certifications. We reserve the right to request proof of professional qualification before processing orders for products for professional use. Customers' personal data is protected in accordance with the legislation in force and is used only for the purpose of processing orders and delivering products.
